If you visit Google today, May 23, you'll see an animated "Doodle" celebrating chilaquiles, a popular Mexican breakfast dish. This playful illustration was created by Oakland-based artist Chava Oropesa. Google commissioned the artwork to honor the first widely known chilaquiles recipe, which the search engine notes was published on this day in 1962.
