Under the UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance program's payout structure, derived from Venum's multi-year sponsorship with the UFC, fighters are compensated based on their accumulated UFC bouts, including Zuffa-era WEC fights (from January 2007 onwards) and Zuffa-era Strikeforce bouts (from April 2011 onwards).

Here's a breakdown of the payment tiers: Fighters with 1-3 bouts receive $4,000 per appearance; 4-5 bouts earn $4,500; 6-10 bouts receive $6,000; 11-15 bouts net $11,000; 16-20 bouts pocket $16,000; and those with 21 bouts or more earn $21,000. Champions are awarded $42,000, while title challengers receive $32,000.

Moreover, in addition to these experience-based payments, UFC fighters are entitled to ongoing royalty payments ranging from 20-30 percent of the proceeds from any UFC merchandise featuring their likeness, as confirmed by officials.
